When I got the over bath shower panel it was dented on 4 sides. Tried phoning but due to current situation got answerphone. So emailed customer services and spoke to Samantha B who couldn’t have been more helpful. She emailed me back at 11.15 on Monday and wanted photos which I sent and I explained to her that I had family coming on Wednesday and needed this urgently. She then emailed me back stating that they would replace it urgently and could I dispose of old one which I did. Then Monday about 4.15 I received an email from their warehouse saying that the new one had been dispatched to carriers and I received the replacement the next day! Seen some reviews on here criticising their customer services but in respect of my issue I couldn’t fault them and would definitely recommend and buy from them again... well done customer services and Samantha B . The shower screen was also good value and easy to fit - would recommend this product too .

Having trawled the internet for a foldaway shower screen which would make cleaning the bath easier than the previous screen we had, we discovered plumbworld.Not only the cheapest available including 'Big Name Stores' the attention to detail was impressive with E-mails to keep the customer fully informed of the what is actually occuring with the purchase.The screen itself was extreemly easy to fit and does the job well. This shower screen is very smart and easy to fit, the silver framing working really well with the accessories and decor of my bathroom. But what really impressed me was the highly efficient and courteous way Plumbworld exchanged another shower screen which wasn't suitable for my bathroom (my fault!) for this style. I ordered the Hydrolux shower screen and Spector Bathroom Mirror on blind faith of previous reviews, first of all I commend you on your service it was a speedy delivery sooner than expected. I did not open it immediately as I feared the quality would not match physically items seen in stores but they surpass store brought. Another happy customer. Easy to install since i was replacing an old one. Its sturdy and well made. I appear to have more room when showering since there is a good seal contact between the door and the bath. Instructions could be a little better though. I aslo disagree with just sealing the outside of the shower screen. Just purchased my second one. So happy all round.
