This a good looking, solidly made tap which we bought to replace a 37-year-old tap of similar design. It comes nicely packed in a sturdy box.
However the instructions didn't match the actual connection components, so we lost a few days getting advice from the helpful people at Tapmate. It's important to do that, as the flexible hoses supplied must only be hand-tightened where they connect to the tap body, not with a wrench!
