The Croydex Flexi-Fix Constance Thermoset Plastic Toilet Seatblends brilliantly with any white bathroom suite with its simple but attractive modern design.
Constructed from thermoset plastic, the toilet seat is sturdy yet lightweight, and with the unique Flexi-Fix™ system it fits perfectly onto most standard-size toilets. The patented V-shaped hinges give you 9cm of play so that you can get the holes of any toilet correctly lined up for a perfect fit. Installation is quick and easy, and all of the necessary parts come included.
The adhesive non-slip pads located beneath the hinges ensure that the seat will not work itself loose with use. Remove the protective film from the pads and lightly position the seat. Insert the bolts and screw them down lightly. Make sure that the seat is correctly aligned. Then, apply firm pressure on both hinges for about 20-seconds to fix them in place before finally tightening down the bolts. Follow these simple steps and enjoy a seat that will never slip or slide when you sit down.
The Constance toilet seat features quick-release hinges to make cleaning easier. Simply push the chrome-plated button beneath the rim to separate the seat and lid from the toilet. This allows you to access hard-to-reach places for a more thorough clean.
The soft close mechanism prevents the seat from falling suddenly. This means small fingers are less likely to get caught when the seat falls. The seat also won't drop with a bang - great for late-night trips to the loo.

I can't recommend Plumbworld enough. On Monday I ordered 3 different Croydex toilet seats. On Tuesday they arrived - free postage. On Wednesday I fitted them all within a couple of hours. Best mechanism for fitting the toilet seat that I have ever come across previously with a mixture of the traditional bolts plus adhesive stickers to the base brackets which means they are very unlikely to slip. Super easy to install - no additional tools required as everything you need is included. Thank you Plumbworld.

These are easy to swap due to the design of the hinge. Pressing a button releases the seat and lid so that they can be cleaned easily. it clicks back on. I bought 2 and the design of the buffers that are inset into the lid was different on each of the 2. A pity. It is better when they are interchangeable. Sometimes, on the others that I have bought before from Croydex, the buffers have fallen out and got lost. Using a cracked seat's buffers as a replacemnent is convenient .

Quality, durable soft close seat. The fixing methods (over and under) both work perfectly. We have three different toilets in our house. Three significantly different shapes. We bought one of these Croydex seats and checked it against all three before buying two more. The flexible fitting options cover a wide range of set ups. The seat stays put. Replacing a seat for an odd shaped WC is a pest. These seats make it easy for anything that's basically oval or rounded.

Needed 2 toilet seats and wanted soft close. These are good quality, stiff thermoset (not flimsy thermoplastic) seats with a good soft close action.
The two pans that needed new seats are different sizes, but these fitters both and look good in place.
As usual, Plumbworld were best value I could find and they delivered the products very quickly, with good messaging regarding delivery date/time.

Easy to fit and as described. Once fitted it doesn't move at all. It looks good and feels good. No slam closure works really well.
