It's often the little things in the bathroom that really make it feel like a useful space and the humble bathroom mirror is definitely one of those items. We use them day in and day out, for a whole host of different things like cleaning our teeth or styling our hair, either way they're pretty important!
Our Artis Umbra bathroom mirrors can certainly cover all those bases with their clever features and total versatility and come in two different sizes (450 x 600mm & 500 x 700mm).
Both sizes of mirrors are complemented by thin but bright strips of light down the longer sides. These are generated by long-life LEDs that are fitted within the mirror. The larger mirror benefits from 78 LEDs and the smaller mirror has got 66.
You won’t need to worry about getting the mirror wired into your electrics as the Umbra mirrors are battery powered, don’t worry about changing them often though as LEDs are really energy efficient! To turn on the lights all you need to do is flick the subtly placed switch that’s found on the edge.
Requires 8 x AA (1.5V each) Batteries.

Light at the flick of a switch
The bathroom is where we do a lot of pruning so it’s important that we can see exactly what we’re doing. These mirrors come with in-built lighting to make your life easier, operated by the simple flick of a switch which is located underneath.
Battery Powered LEDs
The LED lights are a fantastic feature on a mirror, especially in a bathroom where the lighting may not be as good as other rooms in the house. LED’s deliver direct bright light directly to you, allowing you to get ready much easier. This mirror is battery powered, so simply just replace the batteries when they run out to keep your LEDs on and bright.
IP44 Safety Rated
With any electrical product that’s fitted within a bathroom, or any moisture rich environment, it’s important that they exceed the safety standards required for installation. Our mirrors do and are rated IP44 which means they’ve been fully tested to ensure complete safety anywhere that might pose a water spray risk.
Portrait or landscape hanging
These mirrors are really versatile. They allow you to hang them either horizontally or vertically depending on the orientation that you like the most or what’s most practical for your bathroom. Landscape is great for those with a wider space to fill whereas portrait is ideal for those with younger children who also want to be able to use the mirror.

Needed a battery powered mirror. Shopped around and liked the look of this one. Pleased we did. It came really well double-packed and the delivery/tracking was really good. It's a very smart and well built mirror, a doddle to fit and the edge lighting is not too 'in your face' as some are. The only slight grumble is that the on/off switch is a bit tricky to use....but that's probably me !

Just refurbished our bathroom - 99% of products I purchased from Plumbworld the other 1% was out of stock for the date I required. This fantastic mirror has completed the good looks of our bathroom and not only that it is battery operated no need for power supply! - absolutely fantastic buy for the money looks and feels great, good quality, I recommend this mirror.

After an initial issue with my first mirror which didn’t work I contacted to let them know the issues and company was brilliant and send out a replacement straight away which I received next day. Just the job, put in a downstairs cloakroom could not get power to this area so this battery operated unit is ideal. LED lights are bright ,very good price for this mirror would buy again.

it does look really pretty but only time will tell if it rusts. The lights are quite bright too. Its a good size for qa small sink, if youre not looking for a cabinet..this is perfect.

Just the right size for our downstairs toilet, light bright enough, button discreet to bottom of mirror. Easy to fit, a template perhaps would have made fitting even easier.
