Motion sensor & timer control

Not only will these fans run when the light is turned on but they also work using a motion sensor. Detecting movement in the room and activating to ensure you never get a build-up of moisture. After you have left the room a timer continues to run the extractor fan for a predetermined amount of time.

25 ltr/s extraction rate

Building regulations stipulate that extractor fans need to be able to extract at least 15 litres of air per second. It’s needed to ensure a minimal build-up of moisture in the room, reducing mould and grime in damp areas. This fan will extract a crazy 25 litres per second! That’s more than 1.5x what’s recommended!

IP45 rating

The IP rating is the ingress protection rating which is how protected an item is againstt solids and liquids. IP45 means that this product is protected againstt tools, wires smaller than 1mm and low pressure water jets from any direction.

Delayed start

Avoid any unnecessary use with the 2 minute delayed start function on this extractor fan. It stops it from kicking in if it's turned off again within two minutes of it being activated. Not only can this save electricity but it's incredibly useful when running to the loo at night.
