Description−
Motion sensor & timer control
Not only will these fans run when the light is turned on but they also work using a motion sensor. Detecting movement in the room and activating to ensure you never get a build-up of moisture. After you have left the room a timer continues to run the extractor fan for a predetermined amount of time.
19 ltr/s extraction rate
Building regulations stipulate that extractor fans need to be able to extract at least 15 litres of air per second. It’s needed to ensure a minimal build-up of moisture in the room, reducing mould and grime in damp areas. This fan will extract a crazy 19 litres per second! That’s nearly 1.5x what’s recommended!
