Includes a basin mixer tap
This basin has a single offset tap hole and comes with a shiny chrome basin mixer tap. Very heavy item but didn't need bolts to hold the toilet base to floor securely. Very sturdy loo with soft close seat and lid.
The hot/cold tap easy to use and the integrated sink saves a lot of space, especially if there is hardly any room for a separate wash basin and/or for smaller than average or narrow bathrooms.
Very pleased with this product, it looks great and would highly recommend.

I have a separate loo and its always been annoying to have to go through 2 other doors into bathroom to wash hands.
I hadn't thought about the fact there was no hot water plumbed into little loo room, but its no problem.
Its a really solid loo and good size. Definitely needs 2 people to get it up the stairs!

It is a quality product that was fairly easy to fit.
The only niggly bit fitting the hot n cold feed at the bottom of the cistern but removing the flush valve helps.

Short on space this product provided us with a solution as to where to put the sink! A close look at the photo reveals that it is all in one cistern and pan. Only the sink is seperate so when the box says 40kg most of it is in one lump, Have a good breakfast on delivery day!
